Hi, thank you for stopping by! I’m Priscille but you can call me Pri. I am a wife and full-time Research Coordinator, but when I’m not at work, you can most likely find me at the gym or in the kitchen. I’ve had a craving for desserts since I was a child and now that I’m older, I crave making desserts from scratch instead of always buying them. The kitchen has always been my happy place and I find that some things are simply more delicious when you take the time to make it yourself.
My love for baking was inspired by my daddy, who used to make the most delicious oatmeal raisin cookies and homemade bread for my mom, my three brothers and me. There’s nothing cozier than waking up to the smell of cinnamon raisin bread at 6 o’clock in the morning. As I got older, I took over as the chief baker in the family and I began developing my skills in college as I found myself baking more and studying less…oops. As a self-taught baker, I’ve spent years recreating recipes and learning techniques from watching the Food Network and YouTube. I’ve now created my own recipes, taste tested and approved by my husband, to be shared from my kitchen to yours. Happy Baking!
