Mix together flour, sugar and salt in a medium sized bowl.
Make a well in the center and add in the milk and eggs. Whisk until fully combined and no clumps remain in batter.
Pour the melted butter into the crepe batter and whisk until just combined.
Cover the crepe batter with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with melted butter and pour in about a 1/3 cup of crepe batter. Use the pan handle to spread the batter evenly in a circular motion.
Cook the crepe for 2 minutes or until the top has set, flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for another minute.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve your crepes warm, with your favorite filling.
