Perfect Nutella Crepes

Perfect Nutella Crepes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 ½ cup milk (dairy or nondairy)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Mix together flour, sugar and salt in a medium sized bowl.
  • Make a well in the center and add in the milk and eggs. Whisk until fully combined and no clumps remain in batter.
  • Pour the melted butter into the crepe batter and whisk until just combined.
  • Cover the crepe batter with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with melted butter and pour in about a 1/3 cup of crepe batter. Use the pan handle to spread the batter evenly in a circular motion.
  • Cook the crepe for 2 minutes or until the top has set, flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for another minute.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve your crepes warm, with your favorite filling.
